Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in and tap your name or email at the top.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type your password and tap Delete permanently. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you cannot sign in, ask us to delete it:

1. Send an email to emman2002tech@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Project Polish account.
2. Write from the email address you used to sign up, so we can match it to your account. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm by replying from the right one.
3. We delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting in the app removes everything below immediately.

• Your account, email address, name and password.
• Your saved settings.
• Your credit balance. Unused credits cannot be refunded by us; refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under its own rules.

What may be kept

• Purchase records (order numbers) that the law or Google's rules require us to keep. They are not linked to your documents.

Documents you opened are already removed automatically a few hours after your last change, so there is nothing more to delete.
